  • Do agents need training to use The JADE App?

    No – the platform is intuitive. Agents log in to access resources, training modules, and programme details instantly. Institutions can also automate training with certifications.


    Our dedicated Agents team @ JADE are, nevertheless, available to help with any agent onboarding help and support your team may need. This support is only available for our Premium and Enterprise subscription members.   • Can The JADE App integrate with our existing systems (CRM, SIS, etc.)?

    Yes, JADE is designed to integrate with leading CRMs, student management systems, and admissions platforms. This ensures data flows seamlessly between your existing workflows.

    They’ll see your official resources, training modules, and updates – all structured and version-controlled so they always have the most accurate, approved materials.

  • What kind of analytics does JADE provide?

  • How long does it take to get started?

    Most institutions are up and running within one to two weeks, depending on the amount of content you upload and the number of agents you invite.


    Our onboarding team provides full setup support. Whilst our dedicated account managers for Premium and Enterprise subscription members can also avail support for training content migration to first-agent rollout.

  • Is there a limit to the number of agents we can manage?

    No. JADE is designed to scale – whether you manage 20 or 2,000 agents, the platform handles it seamlessly with no performance drop.

  • How is pricing structured?

    Institution access is based on annual subscriptions, tailored to the size and complexity of your network.
